Microwave - Place candy in a microwave safe bowl. Do not melt in the bag Microwave for 30 seconds at half power or defrost setting. Repeat until completely melted.Double Boiler - Partially fill the bottom pan with water. Fit the top pan in place and add the candy. Stir until melted. A jug or bowl can be used to replace the top pan. Do not allow any water to come in direct contact with candy.
